Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return any unused item(s) for a refund of the product's purchase price less the original shipping costs and any restocking charges. The 30 Day Guarantee allows the purchaser to return any unused or unopened items within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The 30 Day Return Guarantee is only available within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). CPAPfix reserves the right to refuse to extend the 30 Day Return Guarantee to anyone we judge to be abusing it.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST request an RMA before returning the items. Items returned without an RMA will be refused and/or discarded.
Defective Product?
- If the product is defective within the warranty period and you have the original packing, contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA number). We will try to communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item fixed or replaced with the exact or like item under the warranty policy. Shipping cost associated to return merchandise to CPAPfix is not covered in any warranty situation.
- Non-defective and unopened/unused Machines, Parts, and Batteries must be returned with their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date in order to receive a refund, less the original shipping cost and restocking costs.
- Non-defective items are subject to a restocking charge of 25%.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of these products and their use during the global pandemic. We cannot accept returns for the following products:
- Protective Face Masks
- Sanitizer Products
- Reusable or Disposable Face Masks
- Antimicrobial goods
